Shipping
We can ship to any destination in the United States. We ship via UPS and USPS Postal Priority (3-day delivery) Monday-Wednesday to be received by Friday. Because our product is perishable, we may delay your requested ship date to avoid weekend days in transit. Orders received after noon on Wednesday may not be shipped until the following Monday.
For packages being shipped West of the Mississippi (any states WEST of MN, IA, MO, TN, and AL. FL is included also) please give us a postal address as the shipping address since we can now ship via Postal Priority flat rate, 2 - 3 day delivery.

Our cheese is cured at 58 degrees F for at least 4 months. It should arrive at your door at cool room temperature (55 to 68 degrees). Please refrigerate once it arrives
In-Store Pickup at our Farm Store
281 Patch Farm Road, Putney VT 05346We are now offering in-store pickup at our farm store! The ordering window cut off for pickup every week is Tuesday at 1pm for pickup that Thursday or after. (Ex. If you place your order on Tuesday at 11am, it will be ready to pickup in our store that Thursday. If you place an order on Wednesday, it will not be ready until the following Thursday.) Your order will be located in the white fridge in our store with your name clearly labeled on it. ***Please note that when checking out you will still be asked for a shipping address. This is due to the way the website host operates. Just enter your billing address again. Items will NOT be shipped under this option and are for in store pickup ONLY.
