As I write on December 5, the sheep are still grazing the leftover grass on the hills and valleys surrounding the farm. Most years I find that the grazing season ends when the snow falls too deep for the sheep to graze through, and this is usually around December 10.  This year is mild, so we will see.

This year, like last year, we are offering our yummy and colorful holiday sampler for $89, shipping included.  Wedges of our Verano, the Invierno, and smoked cheese, plus fig and quince preserves to accompany them, make up the sampler.  That is enough to keep a party of 12 or more people happy.

Should you wish to send any or our farm's products as a gift for Christmas, please be sure to place your order by Monday evening, December 21.  Should you wish to have or give cheese for New Years, please order by Monday evening, December 28.
